President Obama Orders Sandwich Without Mayo, Receives Sandwich With Mayo, Eats Anyways

LOS ANGELES — President Barack Obama was hoping to regain some momentum in his champaign after a lackluster debate on Wednesday, but was left with nothing but a bad taste in his mouth.

Obama agreed to speak at a celebrity-led fundraiser at the Nokia Theatre this weekend.  Obama wasn’t just speaking at the event, he was attempting to raise money by campaigning in Los Angeles and San Francisco.  Prior to the event, The President visited an In-N-Out Burger in downtown Los Angeles.  When ordering his burger, Obama clearly said “And I’ll have no mayo”.  Upon taking his first bite of the burger, the leader of our free world noticed his sandwich was slathered in mayo.

“It’s not a big deal.   I’ll just eat it,” said President Obama to everyone at the table.

Michelle Obama urged her husband to just take the order back and get the correct sandwich so he could enjoy his meal.  ”It’s not just about the sandwich, it’s about standing up for himself,” said the First Lady of the United States.  The president looked down at his feet while he wiped the mayonaise off his burger with a handful of napkins.

Minutes later an In-N-Out Burger employee came by to check to see if anyone in the Obama party needed anything.  The Obama party sat silently while staring at the President.  He then smiled and said “Everything is great here.  Thank you.”

“I wiped it off. I’ll just put more ketchup on the burger.  It’ll be like the mayonaise was never there,” said President Obama.

The President left the In-N-Out Burger for the event at the Nokia Theatre with a disgruntled look on his face.  Later that evening, the First Lady of the United States asked President Obama how his evening was, he replied “fine”.
