The Whiskey Journal contributor Tim Barnes welcomes storyteller/producer Monte LaMonte to the ‘It’s All True!’ podcast. Monte discusses his life of comedy in Chicago, and how he accidentally ruined his friendship with a legend of improv.

Monte LaMonte

Monte is a co-producer of the monthly storytelling series I Shit You Not, which allows audiences to enjoy a gut-clenching evening of storytelling not for the faint of fart, featuring personal tales of failed restraint and bodilyblunders by comedians, storytellers and regular people at the  historic Lincoln Lodge in Chicago. He also writes and performs for his foodie blog Off The Eatin’ Path with Monte LaMonte.

This episode also features an original headline from The Whiskey Journal contributor, Ross Kelly.
